Most ANAAD services for students or workers are offered without service charges; therefore refund situations rarely arise.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Where fees are charged for specific services:

Refunds may be considered only if service delivery has not yet commenced.

Once services begin, fees become non-refundable.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable where:

  • Processing or documentation has begun
  • Third-party authorities cause delays or rejection
  • Incorrect information is provided by the applicant
  1. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable administrative timeframe through the original payment channel or mutually agreed alternative.

  1. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must include:

  • Payment proof
  • Service details
  • Reason for refund
