- General Principle
Most ANAAD services for students or workers are offered without service charges; therefore refund situations rarely arise.
- Refund Eligibility
Where fees are charged for specific services:
Refunds may be considered only if service delivery has not yet commenced.
Once services begin, fees become non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable where:
- Processing or documentation has begun
- Third-party authorities cause delays or rejection
- Incorrect information is provided by the applicant

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable administrative timeframe through the original payment channel or mutually agreed alternative.
