Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana:

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Skill India Mission, launched by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India. The scheme was launched with the objective to empower the youth of the nation by up-skilling and reskilling, enabling them to secure better livelihoods. Anaād has been successful in conducting Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) – BICE (Best in Class Employer) across the country under the scheme for various job roles under the sector skill councils.

Corporate Social Responsibility:

Corporate Social Responsibility programs are taken up by firms as self-regulatory and socially accountable initiatives with an aim to promote social and economic development of the communities and environmental sustainability. Anaād has partnered with various corporates, over the period of its operation, to carry out these CSR initiatives, where the employees of the corporate are aided in upskilling, reskilling and learning new skills.

State Skill Missions:

The demand for skilled workforce has amplified across various sectors and industries. To align this demand for well trained and skilled workforce with the aspirations of its citizens for better livelihoods and lifestyle, the state governments carry out skill development missions. For State Skill Missions, Anaād has conducted Recognition of Prior Learning and aided certification of candidates with prior learned skills and knowledge.
